Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using KiddoWorks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use KiddoWorks

You must be an adult to hold an account. KiddoWorks is intended for parents, guardians and teachers creating material for children in their care — not for children to use themselves.

What the service does

KiddoWorks generates printable worksheets using an artificial intelligence model, based on the subject, activity types, theme and student details you choose. Each worksheet is produced fresh and will differ from one generation to the next, even with identical settings.

Worksheets are generated automatically — please check them

This matters, so we would rather be direct about it. Worksheets are produced by an AI model and are not reviewed by a person before you receive them. They can contain mistakes: an incorrect sum, a mislabelled picture, a word that does not rhyme, or an activity pitched wrongly for the age you selected.

Please read a worksheet before giving it to a child, and treat it as a practice aid rather than as teaching material you can rely on unchecked.KiddoWorks is not a substitute for a teacher or a curriculum.

Free allowance and credits

• Every account can generate 5 worksheets per calendar month at no cost. This resets on the first of each month and does not roll over.
• Beyond that, generating a worksheet uses one credit. Credits are bought in packs and do not expire.
• Your free allowance is always used before your credits.
• A credit is only taken when a worksheet is produced successfully. If generation fails, you keep the credit.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Your card details go to them, not to us.

Credits are a digital product delivered immediately. If credits were charged for but not added to your account, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. If you have bought credits you have not used and change your mind, get in touch and we will consider a refund in good faith. Credits already spent on generated worksheets cannot be refunded.

Your worksheets

Worksheets you generate are yours to use. Print them, copy them, and use them at home or in your classroom. You do not need to credit us.

You may not resell generated worksheets as a product of your own, or use the service to build a competing worksheet library for redistribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter another person’s details, or a child’s full name, address or other identifying information, into a student profile,
• attempt to bypass the free allowance or credit system,
• use automated tools to generate worksheets in bulk, or otherwise place unreasonable load on the service,
• attempt to make the generator produce content unsuitable for children.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Availability

We aim to keep KiddoWorks running, but it depends on services we do not control, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice and refund unused credits.

Liability

KiddoWorks is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including anything resulting from an error in a generated worksheet. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using KiddoWorks at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaches these terms. Unused credits are not transferable between accounts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
