Write to admin@kiddo.works. We read everything and reply as quickly as we can — we are a small team, so please allow a couple of working days.

What to include

A few details save a round trip:

Billing and credits

• the email address on your account,
• the checkout or order reference from your Polar receipt email, or the reference shown on your plan page if a purchase did not appear,
• what you expected to happen.

A problem with a worksheet

• the subject, class and activities you selected,
• what was wrong with the result — a mistake in a sum, a broken layout, a missing section,
• the PDF itself, attached, if you still have it.

Worksheets are generated automatically and can occasionally contain errors, so these reports genuinely help us improve the generator. If a generation failed, you keep the credit.

Your data

To request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and your child’s profiles, email us from the address on the account. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.

Before you write

Two things that answer most questions: your plan page shows your remaining free worksheets, credit balance and every receipt, and the blog covers how to pick the right level and activities for your child.
